Puffing on a Latitude Zero @DogRockets sent me while I drink my red plum ale that didn't quite turn out as plum-like and red as I was hoping (had issues that watered it down a bit) after mowing the grass before it rains again.

Usually they are OK. I've only had one I dumped as I let the mash temp get away from me and created a sickly sweet oatmeal stout. The one major issue I've had seems to be oxidation from time to time. Those start out fine but end up with a bit of a weird twang. Originally Posted by Upstatemax
