I have found a couple blends I don't hate from RP as well....the thing is...they have to rest for 3 years before they taste good and smoke without terrible flaws...I actually really like their Cuban Blend once they have rested for about 18 months.

I really like the RP OWRs but agree, his box pressed stuff always burns like sh*t; however I haven't had problems with his round cigars... the Connecticut and Sun Grown are middling but the RP Burn is awful IMHO.
It's not a real hobby unless it interferes with your work.

Interesting. My experience is that RPs have impeccable construction. Not trying to invalidate your experience - it is yours after all. For me, flavours can be hit or miss for the brand but the construction is always flawless... Originally Posted by Branzig
