Man, isn't that an awesome feeling. To finally be done with it and feel well enough to enjoy a smoke. I hate being sick but it's almost worth it (not even close) for that "first cigar back" feeling. It's like make up sex, ... Except you're the one with the pole in your mouth. (I apologize.)
