An extremely tasty paring. I haven't had a Liga in a while, the smokescreen is helping keep the bugs away.

First one out of the box. I have let them rest awhile but they still need longer. Still taste very young to me.

A couple of years made is palatable when paired with aroma de fish poop (finishing up the waterfalls).

Diesel Uncut toro. Another outta the Mother lode sampler. I dunno, jury's out. Clearly young, with only a black pepper note presenting. Didn't help it's case any when an unexpected ashing burnt the foo outta my leg
