I lit up a 5 Vegas Gold a little while ago when it was bright and sunny out. For reasons I'm not even going to attempt to explain, I prefer CT wrappers when it's sunny out. Then it got cloudy. I'll have be more careful next time :)

I could smoke these every day, the Panthers made it taste like a victory cigar!

Earlier this afternoon. I don't think these were much of a hit, but they're decent -

Undercrown Carona Viva for me this evening.
Sitting out on the balcony writing an essay (which I'd finish faster if I'd stay off of the Bum) and enjoying a stick. Had to leave the deer woods early because the essay is due tomorrow and I work tomorrow. Oh well. Good cigar at least.
Little Drac tonight to celebrate the big Bengals win today. See what I did there? #MonthofMonsters
Man O War Virtue, 2nd in set
Late Sunday evening Paul Stulac Cross...6x64...one the nice features, for me, is that the Paul Stulac cigars smoke very much alike in his lines.
Black Midnight Sun, Red Screaming Sun,White Blinding Light and the Classic Blend
.By tweaking the blends the blenders manage to deliver the same smoking experience within each line,
even as the sizes/shapes vary. To a degree or quality of consistency that few makers deliver as well.
Smoking a Little Frank this morning on a day off and remembering how epic the colts fake punt was last night. #MonthofMonsters
Following up The LF with a Pudgy Tiff #MonthofMonsters I love days off work!
On this warm fall day in Southern Ontario, an A Fuente Hemingway Classic with a glass of Johnny Walker Black. Life is good.

This AM My Father #3 Crema...6x49...almost razor sharp burn with no need to relight, little cool smoking on front porch...ah, coffee helps.
Just set fire to the far end of a Paul Stulac Classic Blend Lord, Lonsdale...6x44...been smoking quite a few of these...so finding that this one is a "just right" box press
means once it's done I'll check those I've left to see if any of rest have adopted this style as well.
It's burning perfectly...not just well.So sweet that I'm thinking perhaps it might be the cigar
the roller forgot to pull out of the bunch smoke to celebrate her fifteenth birthday.

Pulled a Headley Grange for the evening. Looked it up and noticed it is a med-full stick so crossed my fingers!
Nice smoke! Another good one I may not have tried had I not bought the 6 shooter sampler from Crowned Heads to send @Nature from his last.

As an aside this stick didn't have any issues as the last few did.
Murcielago Churchill...7x48...late morning early afternoon smoke.
Pudgy Jason tonight. #MonthofMonsters
Just finished off a nice RP Cargo. It's a pretty good cheapie flavorwise, but it's a bit loose.
David, if there was a Darwinian Award for football plays, this play was it. Looked more like a publicity stunt than a football play.
2012/3 La Gloria de Cubana ??. Size is about 5-3/4" x 48-rg. Cafe du Monde (New Orleans) coffee, light.
A blind tasting of sorts. I'm unfamiliar with this La Gloria (different band) and I forgot the details while it's been sitting in my smoking humidor for a few years. Usually nothing lasts more than a couple of months in there.
Excellent construction, well flagged. Beautiful, clean CT type wrapper but a bit darker and more saturated color than Ecuador grown. Initially a tight draw but quickly improved (to firm) and a near perfect burn.
More subtle than CT with a heavy does of Nicaraguan leaf, yet brighter than a Macanudo. Has more depth, body and nuance than either. I taste Dominican and Nicaraguan leaf but there's something else that I can't place (and I don't think is the wrapper). Nice snork that's rich and sweet with a little spice.
Started like a Macanudo with cajones and has gently evolved toward Nic-CT in sweetness but more cream and less acid. An exceptional Connecticut stick.

Beast of a smoke!!
Between a cold snap here in NY and work, I have not smoked anything in some time.
However, I bucked the trend today!
