~2010 Romeo Y Julieta Churchill. Overly mild, spongy and mediocre construction, this stick isn't even a good reminder of the nice (albeit very light) cigar that these used to be. Flavor profile is Griffin but it's not as well made.

Nice looking stick, good construction but there are several soft spots.
These claim to be all Corojo and the taste affirms the claim but that's a little much for me (I prefer this leaf more sparingly). On first blush I'd rather have a Casa Fuego but I'm not breaking out in hives :).
Murcielago Toro Grande...6.5x54...Time has made this good cigar a really good one. Always nice to find some that come along so well.

Like the look of this stick better than the maduro, nicely constructed and unlit it has a lush earthy aroma. The all corojo profile works better in the natural than the maduro but while I'm glad to have tried them I'd go out of my way to purchase again.
That one didn't do anything for me either. Some kind of funky taste I couldn't put my finger on. I thought it was platinum burning???...Quote:

This afternoon I had a CAO Flavours Moontrance. Now I am smoking a Partagas 1845. The former didn't impress me but was not bad. The Partagas 1845 is very good!
Smoking a La Flor Dominicana Air Bender tonight. I hear its strong. Hope I can walk afterwards.
~1990s AVO Robusto with iced diet cola, crickets not too loud. Smoking this 'ol boy to celebrate my wife, just cuz. Remarkably smooth.
Flor De Las Antillas Robusto...5x50...Pretty much ROTT, had five hours before lighting it up, even burn until about halfway then went a bit out of line...self corrected in under a minute...impressive sold ash on this box pressed cigar.
