They're down to only 5 of the DogRockets Viaje Mix Sampler - Use the link on the second post to go pick one up before they're all gone!

Jeremy, why do you feel we all should buy the sampler? You wanted it, SB hooked you up so there is no need to be the cheerleader Viaje sampler salesman. You ask for it, you named it, so if you feel it that important for them to sell, buy them fer Christs sake.
Yes, I am having a wonderful day!

Bummin' Around
Emailed Andrew today about the possibility of getting 10 packs of the Jericho Hill Shots, like they have for the Tat Petit Cazadores. He emailed me back within minutes and had them up on the site as an available item, so.......I ordered the Shots and Tats!!!!

I've had a couple and thought they were very good. Have a few more resting. I'll buy more soon too!

Guess I'm one of the few who have no love for small-batch. I never buy multiples of anything that I haven't already smoked. That is to say, if I can't buy and enjoy a single of something (eg., on Cbid or at a B&M), then I'm sure as h*ll not going to buy a 5-pack (or more) of it.
Made that mistake aplenty, and no more. Can't tell you how many times I've hurled in the trash 4 cigars out of a 5-pack.
And I don't trust the taste buds of anybody but me. Made that mistake aplenty as well :/
And since the stuff on small batch is limited-run, the chances of me finding it in a B&M are small. And if I find it on Cbid, I'll probably just buy it on Cbid since they usually have the lowest prices anywhere.

Andrew in the past has expressed his willingness to put samplers together upon request but hey if Smallbatch isn't for you that's fine too. Regardless his customer service is second to none. I just received the replacement cigars from the order they screwed up and there was an extra cigar thrown in.
We're going to need a bigger humidor

I don't understand what this has to do with smallbatch in particular, and especially their customer service which is mostly what people are talking about in this thread. Seems like what you're saying would broadly apply to any site that doesn't sell singles or samplers.
Or are you saying you had a poor experience buying from smallbatch?

Not saying that, and your attempt to control my posts to conform to some sort of "I love small batch" group-think is really quite shameful. I don't appreciate it at all.
At no place does the OP say that he he wants to restrict posters in this thread to only comment on small batch's customer service. It seemed to be a general opinion thread and I figured I'd contribute mine. I don't give two sh*ts whether anybody else agrees with it or not.
I don't care for small batch for the reasons I specified. And yes, my opinion could pertain to other retailers. If somebody starts a thread about those other retailers, perhaps I'll post that opinion in those threads as well.
Hope that's ok with you

OK, I just had to go back and dig up this old thread. I placed an order with SmallBatch on Saturday at about 2 pm. It had shipped and I had a tracking number in an hour and a half. My 5er of AF Short Story and another of AF Work or Art made it from California to Ohio and I had them by 1 pm on Monday. Perfect condition, 10% discount for Bums, free shipping, and a Boveda pack to boot. I think even USPS routes them faster for SmallBatch.
OK, so I don’t go there for singles, but they do have 5ers and 4 packs of some stuff that you just can’t find for the price. They may even beat Amazon to the drone delivery
