I'd just like to post a little caution in regards to Cigar Federation....

I'll start by saying Im not the type to watch my orders like a hawk, I place them and they get here when they get here. Well my recent and last order with CFed, it took them 2 weeks just to inform me that the cigars I ordered weren't in stock and that it would be at least another 3 weeks before they'd have more. They also gave me the option to cancel the order if I wanted. Feeling upset with their lack of communication I decided to cancel the order. They never canceled the order, never responded back again, nothing. I did get my cigars a few weeks later however I'll never use that vendor again given the last experience. Normally I don't like to gripe on vendors over the boards but when you take 2 weeks to inform someone their order isn't in stock then don't respond back to a customer it sends a real bad message!!! Much better vendors out there with impeccable service.
