That is despicable. Above all I consider honesty to be the most important trait a person can demonstrate. What a scumbag.

We had a situation similar to this at a local shop a few years ago. Employees from another shop were coming in and destroying cigars. Now they have the same policy....no one enters alone.

I feel bad for the shop and this guy is pure scum, but how in the hell does he get away with 600 cigars?

I've been in retail my entire career, most of it management. Someone gets away with a small amount of product, shame on them, someone walks away with A LOT of my product, shame on me...

According to those pics, there is nobody in that shop with him. The #1 way to stop a thief, customer service, GIVE THEM ATTENTION!

I hope they catch this scum bag, and I hope this shop and shops everywhere learned a valuable lesson...

Not 600 cigars 600 dollars in cigars. He grabs two fist fulls of liga unicos which is at least 200-300 dollars and it looks like he grabs a sleeve of nica rustica as well not to mention what ever else. And he was only in the humidor for 1 minute 2 at tops
