Cruise is on Carnival out of Miami. They take over 1 deck so people can share balcony. This is an annual event. Rocky does show up and parties pretty hard

There's a much smaller Rocky Patel affair out of the Los Angeles area each year too, IIRC. I've never gone, I know the Cigar Vixen usually advertises it.
