I'll chirp in on some mentioned and add another. Sosa Gold Label, Ramon Bueso Genesis, Estilo, 5 Vegas A. I'll toss the Joya de Nic Fuerte B in the mix. All need some humi time....

Like my father before me, I will work the land,
And like my brother before me, I took a rebel stand.
+1 on the Sosa but they need some rest.
And at risk of sounding like a broken record, Verdadero Organic is a great mild smoke and can regularly be found on cbid for $2. Also Ramon Bueso Genesis, and Villiger La Libertad. Can't go wrong with any of those.
When they're in supply, I always snag a bundle or 3 of Nicaraguan Ligero-Laced 2nds from CI. Only some robustos are currently available, but at just under $2 a stick, I don't feel you can go wrong.

Mr. Simpson, don't you worry. I saw an episode of Matlock in a bar last night. The sound was down, but I think I got the gist of it.
Blue Label B2 Cuban Wheels, Gran Habano's Danli, Honduras factory
Always found JR Consuegras (not the Dominicans) to be pretty reliable at $1.50/stick
Man, $2 is a tough price point to meet. Even by the box/bundle:
$3.09 Sancho Panza Valiente
$2.80 La Perla Habana Black Pearl Morado (93 CA rating)
$2.76 5 Vegas Classic
$2.20 Flor de Oliva Corojo
$1.75 CI MISTAKES
No worries, I did not take it that way at all. Ive always been cheap with day to day things. The super cheap, $2 or less is a challenge. I figured a bunch of bums would be the perfect people to ask though.
I intend to compile a list for anyone else that stumbles across this thread, and so I have a shopping list.
