Generally, I just find having a cigar outside to be far more preferable than indoors, just because it's nice to be outside and relaxing, enjoying the day. That boosts my mood and I can see that impacting the overall experience of the cigar.

Do low carb diets affect nicotine tolerance?

I was going to ask the difference between a "dumb" question and a "stupid" question but I wasn't sure whether it belonged on this thread or the "Questions You Thought Too Stupid To Ask" thread....I'm so confused. :(
