The Quesada Oktoberfest is a great non peppery smoke also. I'm not a big fan of peppery smokes, except for the Fuente short story. It's pretty peppery, but not an assault on your tastebuds. Sorta milder

I'm a fan of the Flor De Las Antillas not peppery and a good creamy smoke.
La palina goldies
Tramp stamp
Herrera esteli I don't remember being peppery
Fuente between the lines
These are just a few and many others have been listed
Crazy, I hate pepper and I thought the Padron and Obsidian Blacks were massive pepper bombs. Got about 5 minutes into the Obsidian and had to throw it out. The Padron I got 15 minutes into. Detested both. Strange.
I too find Padrons peppery, but sometimes that's what I'm in the mood for.
I would try an Arturo Fuente Hemingway. Nice naturally sweet aged tobacco and no pepper/spice that I can pick up. It's in my top 3 favorites
Based on your list of flavours I'd also say try the Quesada Heisenberg - the one I had wasn't very spicy and had lots of mocha notes. Nothing complex, but would be a great cigar with a coffee.
I consider the V to have some spice to it.
I smoke more Oliva than anything and from a spicy stand point I feel the 3 serie order goes:
1. O spiciest (have only had torpedoes) 2. V moderate spice 3. G ( I only like the maduros) virtually no spice.
I found Avo maduros to be creamy mocha with little pepper.
AF Short Stories. I love the maduros and didn't detect much pepper.
Ironically, some of the creamiest sticks in my humi also have a nice contrasting pepper blast to start.
I also consider LP 9s to be creamy but they have a touch of spice to them.
Flor de las Antillas, any of the La Aroma de Cuba, the Liga Privada #9 and Undercrown, Alec Bradley Prensado. Any of those have quite a bit of flavor without being peppery or pepper-bombs and I highly recommend them.
