    The Best Padilla

I just realized this morning that I have completely ignored Padilla my entire smoking life. I tried one (Padilla Miami) a few years ago, but other than that I haven't smoked a single one. For some reason that brand has completely slipped off my radar. This clearly needs to be remedied, so I need your advice, which blend is the best? Which should I start with?

Haven't smoked alot of them myself but I did just have a Reserva Corona that I got as a freebie and I'd definitely recommend it. The others I've had have been from blind samplers I've bought and they were Series '68. They were ok but I liked the Reserva enough to look up prices

I personally really like the Reserva Maduro, and the 1968 Series. Try those, you won't be disappointed.

The only ones I have had were from the Padilla/Pepin era 1932. Granted they had aged at least 5 years when they got smoked, but they were great cigars. Not much help, but all I got.

I would always pick up a box or two of Padillla Dominus when I could find them at a good price. No longer made I believe. All the others I've had over the years haven't been anything to write home about. The Dominus was very good after sitting around a while to firm up.

I have a box of Miami 8 & 11 Torpedo, Maduro Reserva Toros and Vintage Reserve Churchill. Love them all. If you want to try some let me know and I will send you one of each.

I reviewed the Padilla Connecticut in the Robusto size, courtesy of @AlanS . You can read it here! http://www.cigarbum.com/forum/non-ha...usto-3915.html

I admit I don't know what your taste preferences are, but if you like Connecticuts, you'll probably like this one!
