Opinions on Hirochi Robaina Blue Maduros

Looking for any info anyone has on the Hirochi Robaina Blue Maduros

Have never seen or heard of these before, and appear to be now discontinued, and have the option of picking up a fiver for a reasonable price in a private sale, with my late December order.

Not a whole lot of reviews online, and I trust the opinions of the "regular people" on the forums much more than any online reviews.

Always love trying a new cigar, bonus if I know nothing about it and have no preconceived notions, but they are pricey enough that I wouldn't mind a little info before I bump something off my list to get these instead.

    Thanks,
    Sean

I have never had that particular HR, but his stuff was the next coming of Jesus for a bit. The cigars of his I have had were well made and decent. Not much of a help but its all I got on the subject.

    Still good info, thanks.

Should have mentioned that these are from 2015 or 2016 I'm told.

Haven't had the Blue. @allusred kindly traded me a couple HR Signatures a year or so ago, and I really enjoyed them. I'd definitely give the Blue a shot, especially being a big maduro fan.

More of the same, I haven't had the Blue Label.
But the Brown label is the truth.

Based on the very good opinions of other HR's, i went ahead and bought a fiver of the Blue Maduro Gordos.

Hopefully they are as good as the others ones people have mentioned
