Okay - that just kicked my a$$...

    WOW!

Just came in from enjoying a Birthday cigar - Padron 1926 Anniversary No. 6 maduro robust. Great smoke! Probably the best constructed cigar I've had. Really complex, long lasting, very enjoyable and definitely FULL strength. Not my favorite but I'll probably get some more to have available.

A couple other noteworthy smokes I've had in the last couple weeks:

CAO Flathead sparkplug - this, THIS was an awesome cigar. Very deep, lots of chocolate, also VERY FULL strength (also kicked my a$$) but oh so smooth... I loved the waxy, almost oily texture. I'm definitely in for more of these, possibly a box purchase. So much stuffed in such a small package.

Tatuaje - noellas reserva and Miami 10? I think I'm in love with Tatuaje. I was really skeptical of these, seems like a board favorite, I didn't want to fall prey to peer pressure, I wanted to "be my own man!" Damn - I'm hooked! I LOVE the pepper and brown sugar combo. THESE will be my go to cigars. LOVE LOVE LOVE 'em!

Cheers folks! Thanks for bringing the community back to life!

Happy Birthday! The 1926 Maduro is a great stick, though I still like the 1964 Maduro a bit better. Like you, I'm also getting into the Tats, I've really enjoyed every one I've tried. Just bought some Black Label petit lanceros last week. Had one on vacation in FL and thought it was fantastic, so ordered 5 more.

    Thanks for the B'day wishes!

Brown sugar, maple syrup, molasses - all very similar.
