You would just have to make sure everything seals well. Something that big, if it's not very full, can be tricky to keep RH up especially if it's a bit leaky.

You could always check out Cigar Oasis, Moist N Aire or Humi-Care for cabinet humidification systems.

If the seal is good, or if you can make it so, all the rest should be smooth sailing.
Local pickup and the price sure is reasonable.
