So my latest hurdle in obtaining bundles of leaf to burn here in Kommiefornia is Senate Bill 39.

This bill would additionally require sellers, distributors, and nonsale distributors to deliver*tobacco*products only in conspicuously marked containers, as specified, and to obtain the*signature*of a person*21*years of age or older before delivering a*tobacco*product.
The hours I keep do not lend well to this, nor does the locale of the nearest shipping hubs.

The big guys are all already acting on it - some asking for additional verification of age prior to ordering. (Note, I don't blame retailers for following the law).

I'm tossing around the idea of getting a box at one of those "middleman" shipping stores ( a P.O. box does me no good - same hours of the front desk), but I don't think the math pencils out.

Buying local at the box level makes no sense with the 69% tax.

I may just have others mule boxes for me, but even that has a cost.

What really sucks for me AND the small business I deal with is buying a fiver or even my COTM clubs becomes a hassle.
