La Palinas are some of my favorites. The lanceros are nice as well as the Mr. Sam.

I've been fortunate enough to smoke the sticks in your personal list except the 1896 and Little Bill. Never had I had a bad La Palina. I have yet to try the black label, but I'm sure I'll pick a few up soon enough. Great write-up!

the Goldie no 5 is amazing complex smooth smoke. im usually a maduro guy but damn that is one nice cigar

Every La Palina Ive smoked has been a pleasure. Had my first black label in petite Lancero on Friday. Great smoke.

I've never tried the family series, the black label is the only LP I have tried so far. One of the reasons I have not explored the rest of the line is because I smoke enough overpriced tough to get cigars already.
