Just placed an order with this guy. It was Jorge himself. The number on the web site is his personal cell phone, and the order has to be placed by text message. Not too worried, card is protected against fraud. Interesting guy to talk to, real friendly. Says he'll ship within the hour, and send me a picture of the tracking number. He has dropped the 20 cigar minimum order, but if you order less he charges $13 for shipping. 20 or more and he ships free. So we'll see how it goes. Did tell me he's looking for vendors.
