    I'm sure if I had patience to wait a couple of months they would be even better. Now that I know that it actually works, I'll keep a few stocked up to "age" them a little more.

    @Upstatemax , please, post how they turn out once you get to them...I've been thinking about doing one batch with some sort of alcohol.
