Yeah they said they actually got a cease and desist from one of the candy companies that the packaging looked too much like their candy bars.
They gave the rest of those away in their monthly Care Package, but I hadn't heard about this one. I'm guessing it was something they did a while ago and are trying to get rid of rather than something they just came out with. They ARE smarter than that.
Sure hope they are.

I guess one could argue that it's not targeting kids in that the email campaign is to subscribers that are of legal smoking age, BUT, with the added FDA legislation using the excuse of keeping tobacco out of kids' hands, they don't need any extra ammunition to use against hand rolled cigars.

I don't think they are actually sending out tootsie roll shaped/wrapped cigars. I took it as a Halloween graphic only. Personally I does not bother me. The FDA does not need ammo. They make up and do whatever they want. Nanny state is upon us and it will only get worse.
