Yeah, it does appear to have that look. And for what it's worth, if not OldSmokey (or might have been Fuzzy), then someone else on here suggested a good way to check a cigar's humidification is to give it a "crackle" test. Roll the cigar between thumb and forefinger while holding up to your ear. If you hear lots of crackle it's too dry, not any and too wet, while just some crackle would be just about right.
