Help us settle a debate
@Horseshoe
and I apparently had a bet that I wouldn't buy any cigars until the 4th of July (after buying the 22 lb box from Heath earlier this year). The stakes were a cigar of the others choice for the winner.
Brent is now claiming I lost the bet.
Here are the facts:
- Previously I had sent some money to someone using paypal with no description in the message area. Essentially a gift if you will.
- Today I received a box of Tat Jekyll in the mail. 9 in the box - not even a full box. It was an apparent bomb from another brother.
Brent claims this was a purchase and he gets a cigar from me. I say I still haven't bought anything.
Time for another famous DogRockets poll - who wins the bet?

Wow, Someone Knows Me
The question I have is if the person you sent the PP "gift" to was the same person who "bombed" you with the Tats?
Mr. Simpson, don't you worry. I saw an episode of Matlock in a bar last night. The sound was down, but I think I got the gist of it.

Let's please add to the findings that
@DogRockets
purchased a total of 2 sticks on Thursday at a B&M. So, not only did he lose the bet by buying the Tats, he also bought 2 sticks at a shop.
The biggest question of all is: WHAT STICK SHOULD I CHOOSE AS MY PAYOFF?

It's hard to say. The paypal went to an email address and the bomber listed a physical return address on the package but there was no note inside indicating an email address.
Essentially there is no way to ever learn this answer I'm afraid.

Hmmm... Well, if you go into a B&M you are obligated to buy at least one stick... this would be outside of the bet IMHO. But 2 sticks???? Hmmmm.... Still waiting for a reply to my original question.

I'm with
@Horseshoe
on this 1,000,000%. Even without the "random bomb" of 9 Jekylls (is anybody buying his argument here), you bought TWO cigars at a B&M.
PAY UP SUCKA!!!

What if I were to show you a screen shot of said transaction where it listed the seller and BUYER? Would this be sufficient evidence to show
@DogRockets
did in fact knowingly purchase cigars, thus losing the bet?

@Horseshoe
has left out a key fact - B&M purchases were exempted from the bet - so it still seems like I win
