Seriously, Happy Birthday David! Smoke an Opus, slab of ribs and a beef brisket. Call me if you need assistance. I know a guy, who knows a guy. As far as Mad Dog 20/20, be careful. That stuff can make you blow your stomach contents out your nose.
After much consideration, I'm going to recommend the Black N Mild.
Failing that, the Swisher Sweet King.

I remember getting sick on Mad Dog 20/20 in my youth. We would hang out at the liquor store until we talked someone into buying it for us. I got SO sick on that stuff! I remember puking and having to use scissors to cut the puke stream. If you cut it too far from your mouf, the rest would sling back into your face.....Quote:
