When I take a trip ( usually to the ocean ) I'll walk the beach for a couple of hours aimlessly and will bump into another cigar smoker and it's funny that I'll bring an extra cigar and that person has an extra one as well and we do an exchange invariably. It's almost like an unspoken bond among us to share and having a 2 hour conversation with them makes a great start of the day. I'll end up seeing this same person the next morning and we'll be smoking our "gifted cigars" and replay the day before and what's coming up. My wife asks me when I get back...."Are you cheating on me with your new cigar friend?" Yes....yes I am!
Like that. 😁

The only other thing that comes close to this is the crackle of a fire and the stars above. Sorry for going straight hippie on you guys but it's just a reminder that life can be so hectic and crazy you have to enjoy those moments when they come along.
Do any of you guys have a happy place? What's your favorite way to enjoy a cigar?
Wow, I just did this exact same thing a couple days ago! I wondered how many people would think I was crazy for sitting outside while the rain was coming down and here is this post from a couple years ago.
