Well, that sucks. But they will likely have a bunch of good filler for a brand new Unicorn.

It seems Fuente is hit by disaster every few years. Hurricane did massive damage, followed a few years ago with a cargo container full of Fuentes in Tampa and now a portion of this years Opus wrapper destroyed. I hope they have great insurance.
