I got a $10 one on Sunday...since I had no plans of buying anything NC at this time, this is almost useless to me since the cheapest shipping is $6.99...maybe I'll send it to my bro-in-law and see if he can use it.

Got one the other day from cigar.com. Same deal, no restrictions. Good until the 25th. Never ordered from them, but did get on their mailing list awhile back. Probably not gonna use this one. But to follow up, CI's packaged arrived after only 3 or 4 days. All is good.

Sounds like they are running an experiment with their promotions by varying the deal and the profile of the recipient and then tracking the response - which is what most sophisticated retailers do on a regular basis. Glad they included me.
