OK had a davidoff grand cru 3 tonight. I made a special trip for it and I have to say was not impressed. Don't get me wrong great construction awesome thick smoke out put just not my flavor profile! It was "bland" to me. Light with notes of hay was woodie. Just not for me. I would rather spend the money on a liga that's creamy an up my ally.
Kyle, don't give up on them just yet. The Gran Cru Series IMO, is one of the milder lines they have. Too mild for me too, but the Millenium Blend is full, and the Special Series is med/full. I like the Nicaraguan Puros as well. Medium, but a really good smoke.

the real downfall is the price so it will be awhile till i have another one. i almost got a Millenium instead since it was right around the same 13$ price point. i went and had a tat reserva to make up for the let down last night lol
