Dark Roast Coffee & An Ideal Smoke

I'm following this thread with interest, as I've never really considered smoking a cigar this early, or with an empty stomach. For me it is usually an afternoon or evening enjoyment.

I was the same way. But I had to try it, and because it’s an early ordeal and on an empty stomach I want a smaller smoke.
