The guy I work with is such a dick to anyone in customer service. I sit here and listen to him Yell, Cuss, and Threaten reps all the time and just sit back and laugh when they never do anything for him. And then I call back and have everything resolved within minutes.

I owned a Computer repair business where a lot of my business was Warranty related so I have learned how to handle customer service reps, and my wife worked as a sales manager for Verizon for 10 years and it was fun because if the customer treated them like human-beings she would break her back to help in any way possible but the second they became hostile or insulting all of a sudden there was nothing she could do and they would have to call and talk to corporate.
