Companies that deliver to Canada

Well Figured I'd start this one up for any future canuck's who join up. All I've personally dealt with so far has been Cigar Place and Tampa Humidors, so going off of memory from the list on Puff I believe it was.
Canada "friendly" cigar list is as follows:

Atlantic Cigar
Cigar Place
Flatbed Cigar
Dirty Leaf (thought I remember some having many issues with them YMMV)


And I would also like to include pipes into this thread, though I've yeat to deal with them I'm told the following are Canada "friendly"

Any fellow canadians that have had customs add duty and taxes to your order, how did you pay for it? My wife picked up mine today and there's a bill taped to the box for taxes but they didn't mention anything or ask her to pay at the post office. do you send the payment into them or do I need to go to the post office to pay?
