I cast my vote for an 858!

Thanks Jesse,
I didn't think there would be an issue, but IMHO it's always better to confirm your ideas when you're just starting to get serious about something new.
Headed out to try one of the new ones now, it's either going to be one of the Arturo Fuente Hemingway Short Story (natural) or an 858.

I was going to have an 858, but got a bit sidetracked and being short on time went with the AF Hemingway Short Story. First impression is good, very good in fact. No harsh spots, excellent draw, nice smooth creamy smoke down to the nub. Last 3/4" went in one of my old MM Morgan cobs to finish it off.

I ended up running short on time so I went with a Arturo Fuente Hemingway Short Story (natural). My first impression of them is good. It had an excellent draw, no harsh spots, even burn to the nub (the last 3/4" of which ended up in one of my older MM Morgan cobs to finish off) I posted about it last night with a pic, but for some reason when I post sometimes it says a mod. needs to approve my message (or something similar to that). Not sure if I did something wrong as it never got posted. Here's hoping this post goes through OK.

Had more time to enjoy a longer smoke earlier this evening, so I gave an 858 Maduro a try. Solid smoke from start to finish, perfect draw, smooth & creamy and again finished off the last 1" or so in a MM Morgan cob.

It is really hard to go wrong with any of the Arturo Fuente lines. The Curly Heads can have some spotty construction sometimes and can be a little harsh until the 8+ month mark but that is really it. Every other one they produce is spot on and satisfying if you like the flavor profile.

A sharpie marker on the cello is another popular method as well. Once it dries it does not seem to impart any off flavors.

601 (blue bands) Robustos or Toros (used to be on Cigar Bid a lot)
Did you mean 601 Blue Label? If so I am putting another order together and was going to throw in a fiver of them to try.
