I visited this place last fall when I was in town for a conference. It is on the backside of Vanderbilt and the guy who runs it is extremely nice!

Uptown smoke is a must stop. Smoke and ale is decent. I haven't been to the one downtown but heard it's nice

I'll second Uptown. I spent the better part of two days there while my wife had a training last year. Great selection, reasonable prices, good lounge and a very friendly staff.

Thanks fellas. on the road now. I will check them out when we get there tomorrow. We are taking it easy, not driving strait through. Most likely a stop in VA.

Smokers abbey is a good one too. It's on the east side of town not far from the stadium!
