    Cigar after a meal

A poster on another forum mentioned having a cigar after tacos, and I have noticed that many people have a cigar after a meal, and just wanted to chime in that for some reason when I'm full from a meal, I have no interest in having a cigar at all until a couple hours later at least, once my meal has digested mostly and i don't feel full anymore.

    Anyone else the same way?

Would be interested in an informal poll on this, as I'm curious if I'm on the rare side or if the results are different than I expect.

So, do you typically enjoy a cigar after a meal?

Feel free to simply respond with yes or no if you dont want to say anything other than voting in the poll.

Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

I do enjoy a cigar after a meal. However, certain foods completely ruin the taste of cigars for me. If I eat anything with sugar in it, I have to brush my tongue to get the taste off it before smoking

Interesting, as i pair all my cigars with cheap coffee with heavy cream and sugar, yet only once since I started paring with anything just to clear my palate every so often, have i noticed a sweet taste to a cigar, and I'm sure it was unrelated to the coffee.

I have noticed that eating anything spicy will give a false spiciness to a cigar though, so wait until the spice has completely dissipated before smoking.
