Back in the 90's "boom" days there were more than plenty self proclaimed cigar snobs. Um YES, some fools have been seen smoking cigars without taking off the cedar sleeve/tube.
The way I figure, if a cigar is going to get mold, it will get mold regardless if it is in a cedar tube.
Off. I have had Añejo mold up pretty quickly at 62/65 in the wineador. So I always remove them.
You're supposed to take them off?
