What was your Biggest Letdown

I had a Cohiba Red Dot from a CI Tremendous Twelve (?) sampler that sat at 62% for 2+ months. The first 1/3 was nothing stand out; then it turned sour/acrid and I couldn't finish it.
Still disappointed on that; will try another but major letdown

I've had one marinating for a spell that I received in a sampler, but I'm in no rush to smoke it. I think I've had it for 5-6 months, but from what I've read, there may be not enough time to heal this smoke....
