    Bakersfield Village Fest 2015

    Hey guys, It's been a long time since I have posted anything let alone had time and a babysitter to go out and enjoy some time with the wife.

    Saturday was the annual Village Fest, it's kind of a big deal here. Since there is nothing to do here for the rest of the year. I was supper excited since this was the first time I was actually able to go.

    • 30 of Bakersfield’s most popular restaurants serving unlimited food samples!

    • 5 stages of simultaneous live music with 17 bands!

    • Over 16 acres of fun in 6 distinctly themed areas: Club VIP (Sponsors Only), Village Lawn, Vino Village, Craft Brew Village, Big KahunaVille, our ever popular MicroBrews Alley

    • 60 breweries with over 100 different brews!

    • 25 Central Coast wineries with 70 plus wines featured in VinoVillage!


    We had a blast and I got to enjoy a few great cigars along with a bunch of great beer and a few awful beers.

    I started the night off right with and Ashton ESG:


    Then after that was done I got to enjoy a couple Surrogate Cracker Crumbs:


    This had been a long time coming since my work schedule has been crazy and non-stop and Gavin is to awesome to be away from. We had a blast and we cant wait for next year.

    Since I mentioned Gavin. Over the last 3 weeks I have been getting back on my bike and taking him to the skate park with me. He LOVES every second of it!





    Also a big shout out to @WNYTONY for one of Gavin's favorite books "Pat the Bunny"
