It was good! Sweetness, earthiness, leather, minerals. Not too strong on the pepper. Bit of baking spice. Don't know what it was, there was something that was irritating to the back of my throat.

I thought the New World I smoke the night before was more interesting.

I dont have a reference smoke, but I'd say this one picked up some cedar.
