    Acrylic Humis

Just curious what peoples thoughts are on these, they seem to be popping up more and more, likely because theyre so cheap to manufacture-

    IPCPR 2015: Boveda | halfwheel

Nm the fact that its clear and allows light in, lacks breath ability etc. Sure cedar is nice for added flavor/aroma and a rh buffer but if you want to maintain the integrity/purity of your tobaccos...anyone use an acrylic?

My OXOdors are acrylic. A sheet of cedar or two blocks sufficient light, and the secure, rubber seals are really nice. Boveda packs last forever inside there.

Acrylic will obviously hold RH much better than wood, and does make a nice way to show off its contents.

Though light is an enemy of cigars for storage, being only a 20 ct. Humi this would be more for your daily smokers vs. long term storage, imo.
