2023 CigarBum Cigars of the Year

What are your Cigars of the Year from 2023? Could be anything: a newly released cigar from 2023; a new-to-you-cigar that was released whenever; LEs; Backwoods; and so on. No ranking order needed.

I'll start; in no specific order. Three from the top of my head:

    1. LFD Solaris
    2. Foundation Tabernacle Havana Seed CT 142
    3. MF CT

The Dark Knight and Mayans will be on my next MAW. Had the Mayans before, or one of the SoA cigars, and it was better than expected.

These probably suffer from recency bias, but I would have to put Caldwell, Long Live the Queen as one of mine.
Also, Julius Caeser Corona would be another mention.
I will have to think about others.

There are probably a few obscure Privada Cigar Club offerings that might make the list, but my memory doesn’t serve me well. I would probably have to smoke another to confirm.

This has been a crazy year, and everything muddles together.

Mayans are by far the best in the Sons line. Then the Tek-9, Sons of Anarchy, White Chapel. If I am remembering all the names of the variants off the top of my head.

Never would've thought Privada would be mentioned. They seem like a polarizing brand, but it seems they're getting a lot of business from a lot of brands. Seeing you regularly post their stuff wows me they have so many exclusive releases, and to hear you say more than few are your tops of the year wows me even more.

Also gonna add one you sent to my list:

Nomad Therapy Habano - my favorite from the AJ Monthlong.

Considering how little I've smoked this year 😒, off the top of my head, I would vote for the Rojas Street Taco lineup.
I did pick up a few of the Tat Pork Tenderloins, but haven't smoked one as yet.

I’ll just say the best Crowned Heads Cigar I ever smoked was the La Vereda No. 54. It blew me away, pricey but worth every penny!
