I got the Xikar Triple Jet Table Top lighter as a Christmas present from the wife. Well to be honest I bought it myself, gave it to her and it appeared wrapped up in my stocking on Christmas morning.

Since most of my smoking time is spent out on my deck I wanted a substantial lighter that would hold up to the elements and this one certainly does that. I have used it in driving rains and hurricane force winds and it never fails to light.



Pros:
Substantial size and weight that feels good in my hand
Triple flames can light the largest ring gauges with ease
Still small enough to go in your pocket for travel
Very stylish and gets lots of positive comments
Fairly wind proof
Mirrored top allows you to easily see if your cigar is lit properly
Super large flame adjustment dial

Cons:
Goes through butane pretty quickly
Flame is overkill for my lanceros and other small RGs




There is not a lot wrong with this lighter and the cons are, at best, knit picky. I have been extremely happy with the look, fit/feel and performance of this lighter. Having the lifetime warranty from Xikar only makes this lighter even more of a great buy. For those seeking a stylish conversation piece that performs flawlessly, give the Xikar TTT a shot, you won't be disappointed.

1-Year Update: Almost exactly one year from the date I received the lighter it will not stay lit and now needs to go back to the factory. Thank goodness for that lifetime warranty.

Nice looking lighter and good observation on the mirrored top! I wonder if that is intentional? I am using a single jet Xikar and have trouble with the slightest breeze outside unless it is turned all the way up. Maybe it is time to start looking for an upgrade for outdoor use. Thanks for the review!
