I just purchased a CC-300 from Newair. Here is the process from getting it seasoned to now.

It wasn't bad. It came with more drawers and shelves than i used. It took a while to get the humidity up. It took almost 5 days to get it to 65. It has been very cold up here though. It was -27 with wind chill last night. I used kitty litter which I may ditch for beads.

Indeed it is. Controls a fan in the wineador, another in this control box. And three spares if needed more. At this point though, my setup runs like a champ. If had to do over, wouldn't change a thing.

Loving the drawer pulls. Going to have to remember these when I get mine up and running.
