After about 24 hrs of me leaving it alone there's now just a 1% difference between top and bottom. Dead on 65 at the bottom and 66 at top. Can't complain about that. Hopefully I can decide on what knobs to go with and put the finishing touch on it soon.

Finally got around to picking up and putting the finishing touch on the wineador today, the drawer knobs. I am at some point probably going to replace the analog hygro with a digital round like the caliber 4r or something similar but none the less it's finally done.
Here's a couple pics of it now with the knobs

Wheres the heating element, you could keep it in the oven on 70 degrees til the thaw I guess. Now is that in spring or summer, I cant remember which 28 days a year you dont have frost on the ground. It looks great you may as well ship it to me before the roads close!
