Congrats. Padauk makes a beautiful finish. Be sure to post up pics when you get it together.

Wondering if any of you use anything to prevent your wineador from resetting to the lowest setting after a power outage? The power here on occasion flickers off just long enough to reset the fridge every time we get a storm and I'm afraid I'm going to forget to go down and reset it one of these times. I've heard some GFCI extension cords will trip with power outages so I'd need to reset it before it comes back on but just wondering if there's anything better out there that you guys use for this?

Could use a UPS for this to backup your wineador and keep it with constant power. Would totally prevent a quick surge from interrupting power.

that's exactly what I did. Here in Florida we lose power just about every day for a minute during the summer with the daily storms. I have had mine on a UPS since day 1 and it works perfectly.

Hi Kris, I'm in Florida dealing with the same power outages as well. What is a UPS and where would I be able to find it? Thanks for your help!

this is the one I use. Totally overkill but I get a major discount through work SnapAV - EpisodeŽ Surge 8-Outlet Stand Alone UPS with RJ45/RJ11 (600VA - 340W -1030J)
Best Buy has similar ones. Or check Amazon, Newegg, etc
