    Wineador is finally done

Well after 18 months since I first bought my Newair 281e I have finally finished putting together my wineador all the way. Here are the photos to go with it.

18 months ago I started by getting rid of the plastic smell. Used dish soap and baking soda and scrubbed the inside. Then stuffed with newspaper.

No photos of the next part which was the interim period. I filled it with all my old cigar boxes to impart as much of that spanish cedar aroma I could. Worked quite well after just a few weeks the inside smelled like a freshly built spanish cedar humidor. From that point I just started filling it with sticks in tupperware containers as my humidors were all full. Finally about 6 weeks ago I ordered up my drawers from Forrest and now we have the finished product with all my cigars tucked inside.

Here are most of the cigars laid out for sorting.

Finally here are the drawers with my loot inside. That was much harder to do than I thought. I love a very organized humidor but struggled mightily with putting it together. I never realized how many different singles I had in my collection until doing this. I have 342 cigars in the wineador in total and would guess that I could put another 175-200 in if I filled it to the max. I'm very happy with it overall. Now to find a permanent place for it that the wife is ok with. It may have to hang out in my guitar room eventually.

Thanks for checking out my wineador.

Awesome man!!! It looks great and the hardwood fronts look amazing. I wish i had sprung for the extra $75 and done it but that can wait till the next one is built.

I am right there with you on the organisation of my wineador... I even ordered the dividers which have proved to mot really be worth it. When i get a few hours to devote to organisation I am going to try to figure it out. but I think the biggest problem is that I have so many singles.

Yeah the amount of singles I have is my biggest issue also, but they say variety is the spice of life so I'm good with it.

I didn't order dividers because I forgot honestly, then I just figured I would do them later if I needed them. For the most part at this time I think they would not have helped much.
