@SoCal gunner , what is your set-up again, and how is it working?
I'm running a good sized evaporative humidifier wired to a digital controller in my roughly 160 cuft "step in". It holds about 5-6 gallons of DI water. In a desert climate I don't think I would want it to hold any less to avoid the stress of it running empty.

    Very cool.

Definitely keep us up to date on your experience with it, as many members seem to have walk-in humidors that I'm sure will be very interested.

Finally pulled the trigger on one of these Tatuaje Dot ashtrays.

Talk about a smoke table centerpiece, this thing is hefty, but I really like it. I almost got a red one, but decided the blue wouldn’t throw off my color balance, in images.

Not a purchase, but part of a great Christmas package from a good Friend.

A prototype Xikar Opus X cutter that never went into production. I now own 1 of only 2 existing ones.

Its absolutely gorgeous in my opinion too

Will definitely be a display piece vs being used.

    Vertigo Hornet Quad Torch Lighter

Have had great luck with Vertigo products using quality fuel

Only $7 at CI and it lights larger rg cigars quickly and evenly.

Works perfectly so far. Also has a pull out handle to easily adjust the flame unlike most lighters which area pain to adjust

I’ve actually had this for a while now, but every time I went to set it up “something” kept coming up.
It’s now fully seasoned, and finally in use.
A BIG thanks to Kayla @cheaphumidors for helping me get my 4th humidor, from her! I love it and always appreciate all you do for us Bums.

The pics don’t do the outside justice, the grain is beautiful.

    Edit*
Well crap, I forgot to lift up the top shelves and show how much space is in the bottom section. Sorry about that!

Beautiful humidor Chris - Kayla done you right with that one !

What I'm reading here is that the bottom section is empty ???? I think there is some sort of informal rule around these parts ......

    Very nice.
I never had the money for a good wooden humidor. Wooden ones that actually have a good seal are very pricey. Real shame as i love the look of a nice wooden humidor. Very classy, like good cigars deserve.

Tupperdors are great, but certainly dont look as awesome as wood.

Not a purchase, came with a box order as a bonus from CI, but a really nice lighter so far.

Was using the Vertigo Hornet pictured above, but it doesn't have a visible fuel tank which kinda sucks since i have limited time too access my butane since we have to keep it in the maintenance shop and they leave at 4pm every day and are off on weekends, so if you dont know when its low you could be screwed.

Like the Rockwell's visible fuel tank much better and have been using it exclusively.

Works great every time, easy flame adjustment, and big fuel tank. Lasts a couple weeks of three times a day use, which is pretty good for a quad torch.

Never heard of them before but wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them at this point.

    I friggin love cigars
