Also going to to be bringing my pipe and not sure how much "cigar time" I'll have so 4 would probably do... if not I'll look for a local B&M

10- or 15-count herfador on ebay
It's not a real hobby unless it interferes with your work.

I used to sell these (a lot) in the old days when I sold tobacco. I still use the same one I bought for myself in the early 2000's

I use a small rectangular tupperdor that holds about 20 cigars. I pack it with a small amount of bubble wrap to keep the cigars from moving and bring and extra sheet to add as the number of cigars miraculously goes down. That and a small boveda and I'm good. It's very sturdy.

Thanks for the replies, I'm going to order the Triple Travel Accessory Combo from CH. Also thinking about picking up one of these to try as well, not sure how long they'd hold the RH but if nothing else something nice to toss in the golf bag or bring to work.

I have the Xikar 5 and 15-count travel cases and like them alot. They are better-made than Herf-a-dor and Cigar-Caddy, which I have owned and tossed when I got the Xikars.
SeriousCigars.com has them for a reasonable price.

You must have got a bad cigarcaddy. We ran over one 3 times with a truck at the First Annual Herf & Surf. It still sealed as well as when it was new. Of course it didn't look that great but it did have "character" as well as a great story to tell at future Herfs.

Wow, Someone Knows Me
The cheap humidors deal is a good deal. I have two xikar traveldors. A 4/5 count and a 40 count just depends on my travel plans as to which one I take.

Did you already order? The case you pictured is a bit overkill IMO. Craftsman's Bench makes good cigar cases, I'd look at them. And those types of cases aren't for long term, just day trips.
