So, clearly you guys were correct, the Boveda was not able to keep the container at the proper humidity with 10 cigars or less, even in the small tupperdoors and a 320gr Boveda( which i dont understand why it couldn't keep a completely seal, small even empty, container at 65%)

Had a Don Carlos that had been in a small tupperdoor with only 8 other cigars and the wrapper cracked, peeled and flaked and felt dry, badly, and being a Don Carlos i highly doubt it was anything other than being dry from the Boveda not properly humidifying it properly.

They are now in my daily smokes bin with 40 other cigars.

I'm very seriously looking at getting a Newair 250ct winedor with heating and cooling (the temperature in my room can fluctuate from 65 to 75 degrees), and to have all my tupperdoor cigars in a completely humidity controlled, circulated air/humidity, container, along with 150 assorted others from my boxes in my large, perfectly humidified, boxes tupperdoors so my daily smokes container will be a nice climate controlled, well humidified and air circulated winedor of 250 cigars. That a pretty big amount of daily smokes singles and should last a while, lol
