With my third cigar I smoked it after lunch and had a can of Ginger Ale with it. Smoked a Camacho Connecticut Toro for almost 90 minutes, down to the nub, and was only a bit lightheaded and dizzy. If I'd stopped earlier I probably would've suffered no I'll effects but I was still enjoying it
